Eau Claire Municipal Band

An Eau Claire musical tradition since 1902

The oldest community musical organization in the city, the ECMB has been entertaining thousands of patrons since its inception. Now in its second century, the band continues to provide high-quality, free entertainment for audiences of all ages. The band is under the direction of Mr. Bob Baldwin.

From traditional Sousa marches, gorgeous Grainger melodies, & riveting Holst Suites - to contemporary pieces from composers such as Hazo and Whitacre - the ECMB aims to present some of the finest music available for Wind Ensemble. The band also makes it a point to present a number of pop, jazz, rock, and musical selections for its audience's listening pleasure. The band also prides itself on featuring compositions of some of Wisconsin's fine composers and arrangers.
